Alexander Sterling

Born in London and educated at the London School of Economics, Alexander Sterling arrived in Beverly Hills in 2003 with a background in private wealth management and an obsession with architecture. After five years advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on property investments across Europe and the Middle East, he recognized a gap in the Los Angeles market: a true bespoke advisory firm that treated luxury real estate as the art form it truly is.

He founded PrimeNest Realty in 2008 — in the depths of a financial crisis, a bold counter-intuitive move that proved prescient. By focusing exclusively on the upper 1% of the market and building relationships one client at a time, PrimeNest emerged from the recession stronger than ever.
